I ordered some prints from 4over4, and I’ll give them credit, the packaging was really solid. The box felt sturdy, the corners were protected, and nothing showed up bent or scratched, which I definitely appreciated. That said, when I had a simple question, I kind of felt dismissed instead of really helped. The prints arrived fine, but the customer service part left me a little less excited about the whole experience.

"Flyers turned out better than I expected"
I ordered some flyers from 4over4 and, they came out really nice. Just from the tone of their updates and how straightforward everything felt, I assumed the order was being handled carefully, and that ended up being true. The colors were sharp, nothing looked blurry, and the paper had a solid feel to it. Overall, I’m happy with how they turned out

"Quick, easy, and honestly a relief"
I ordered some prints from 4over4 and at first I was kind of nervous they’d take longer than I needed. Then I got the updates and realized everything was actually moving fast, which was such a relief. The prints showed up on time, the quality looked good, and the whole thing was way less stressful than I expected. The speed was definitely what impressed me most. I’d use them again.

"Shipping was dependable, but finding the box was annoying"
I ordered some flyers from 4over4 and, overall, the shipping was smooth. The tracking actually updated like it was supposed to, and the package showed up on the day it said it would, so I can’t really complain about the timing.

The only frustrating part was that the carrier left the box at the wrong side door, so I had to go wandering around looking for it, which was more effort than I wanted to deal with. The prints were fine once I found them though, no damage or anything, so I’d still give it 4 stars.
